Five ways to work together
Whichever you choose, the goal is the same: for your organisation to gain time, quality or a competitive edge. What I bring is tested in my own companies, at my own risk. Everything is delivered through Anodea, tailored to you.
- 01
Your team adopts AI in practice
For your teams and the people who work with AI day to day.
Your people learn to work with AI on their own, real tasks, in practical, hands-on workshops, not abstract theory. They learn to steer it, to weigh what it gives them and keep the final say.
The emphasis is on the mindshift: changing the way they think about change, so adoption comes from within and stays, instead of being imposed and rejected.
- 02
Your team’s training becomes measurable and certified
For organisations that want consistent, measurable training that scales across the whole team.
Interactive online courses, built around your organisation. We start with a meeting to understand your specifics and your problems, then adapt the course until it fits your reality completely.
Everyone takes comprehension tests and receives an Anodea certificate of adoption, so training is measurable and easy to repeat, from new hires to the whole team.
- 03
Your problem gets solved with software built for you
For businesses with a specific, recurring problem worth solving properly.
You get a tool made for your specific problem (from automating a tedious workflow to a product that gives you an edge), designed and built by directing AI.
We start from the problem, not the technology: what costs you time or opportunities today, and how a focused solution fixes it. This very site is an example: 100% custom, built in under a week, without me writing a single line of code.
- 04
Your know-how stops depending on individuals
For organisations that are growing or changing staff and want steady quality.
You gain steady quality that doesn’t leave when people do: we turn your organisation’s scattered experience into clear, shared protocols. And when needed, we bring them into a platform where each role sees only what concerns them.
It’s the same approach I used building WikiBus: 300+ guides that trained 100+ people. Soon the system itself was maintained by the team, not by me; even the production of knowledge stopped depending on a single person.
- 05
As leadership, your AI decisions get clear and strategic
Leadership only: owners, founders and investors who set the strategy themselves.
This isn’t team training. I work one-on-one on your business’s real challenges: where AI pays off, where it doesn’t, and which moves are worth your time and budget.
You come away with clear decisions, better-organised teams around AI, and a roadmap grounded in your own reality, not generic recipes.
Frequently asked questions
- What exactly do you do for an organisation?
-
Five things, through Anodea:
- I train your team to work with AI on their own, real tasks
- I offer interactive online courses tailored to your organisation, with comprehension tests and an Anodea certificate of adoption
- I build custom software for your specific problem by directing Artificial Intelligence
- I turn your scattered know-how into shared, written protocols, like WikiBus, which cut a new hire’s onboarding time from ~2 months to ~2 weeks
- I work one-on-one with leadership for clearer, strategic decisions around AI
- What are mindshift and reskilling in the age of AI?
-
Reskilling is your people learning to do their real work with AI, e.g. researching, drafting or quality-checking what it produces, keeping the final say.
Mindshift is the more crucial, often-neglected part: changing how the team thinks about change, so they adopt AI on their own, instead of having it imposed and rejecting it.
- Are you an AI “expert”?
- Nobody is an “AI veteran”; the technology is too new. I’m a founder and operator who spent 20 years building businesses (AlterSmoke, xFood) and training dozens of people. I didn’t test my methods on clients’ budgets, I tested them in my own companies, at my own risk. And the results are measurable: I cut a new hire’s onboarding time from ~2 months to ~2 weeks and trained 100+ people, while I won back direct contact with ~91% of the customers the platforms had locked away.
- Do you work with small teams or only large organisations?
- Both, and each in its own way. With a small team results show quickly: AI moves into daily work. In a large organisation of hundreds or thousands of people, the challenge is different: making adoption stick consistently, from team to team and role to role, exactly where most AI initiatives fall apart. The approach changes with the size; what doesn’t change is the goal: people who actually use AI, not one more tool that goes unused.
- Can you build software without being a programmer?
- Yes. My team and I design and build tools by directing Artificial Intelligence, always starting from the problem, not the technology. You’re already looking at the clearest proof: this site is 100% custom, built in under a week, without my writing a single line of code. With the same method I’ve built complete software products that solve real business problems.
- What about our data security and compliance?
- Where your business requires it, we work within your own security framework, with private infrastructure per company or fully local AI models, so your data stays protected. And the training is aligned with the requirements of the EU AI Act.
- How do we start?
- You write to me and I reply within 1-2 business days to arrange a short, no-strings conversation. From it you leave knowing two things: where your organisation stands with AI today, and which one or two practical steps are worth taking first.
