AI adoption by teams & organisations
AI is the easy part. The real challenge is human.
AI is everywhere, but inside a team some often avoid it, others don’t know how to instruct it properly and settle for the first rough answer, while Monday’s training is forgotten by Friday. In the end, work that should take half the time is still done the old, time-consuming way.
I show you the other path: your people now solving their own, real tasks with AI, keeping their own judgment. From the everyday email to a proposal or an analysis, and doing it again without me at their side.
And it’s not theory: I built businesses from scratch and walked dozens of people through changes that scared them at first. I’m living that same shift again now with AI, and I bring it to your organisation through Anodea.

The approach
I didn’t read about change in a book. I lived it.
What does that mean for you? That you don’t get theory from an observer. You get someone who stepped into unknown fields again and again, across more than ten companies, learned fast, and made them deliver. That very ability, to adapt and relearn, is the most valuable skill your team needs alongside AI today.
That’s why I won’t claim “twenty years of AI experience”; nobody has it yet anyway. In practice, the hardest part of adoption isn’t the technology; it’s getting people to embrace it and use it with judgment. And that I’ve done dozens of times, walking teams through changes that at first felt unthinkable. And because I’m going through that same shift too, a few steps ahead, I’m beside you in practice, not lecturing from above.
What I do for you
Five ways to work together
- 01
Your team adopts AI in practice
For teams and the people who work with AI day to day
Hands-on workshops where your people work with AI on their own, real tasks. They leave knowing how to use it with ease and judgment, not fear: to weigh what it gives them and keep the final say. Adoption that sticks, instead of one more seminar that’s forgotten.
- 02
Your team’s training becomes measurable and certified
For organisations that want measurable, repeatable training
Interactive online courses, built around your organisation. We start with a meeting to understand your specifics and your problems, then adapt the course until it fits your reality completely. Everyone takes comprehension tests and receives an Anodea certificate of adoption, so training is measurable and easy to repeat, from new hires to the whole team.
- 03
Your problem gets solved with software built for you
For a specific, recurring problem
My team and I design and build tools with AI, made for your specific problem: from automating a tedious workflow to a product that gives you an edge, without you having to become technical.
- 04
Your know-how stops depending on individuals
For organisations growing or changing staff
We turn your organisation’s scattered experience into clear, shared protocols. And when needed, we bring them into a platform where each role sees only what concerns them. You gain steady quality, new-hire training that falls from ~2 months to ~2 weeks, and the assurance that knowledge doesn’t leave when someone does.
- 05
As leadership, your AI decisions get clear and strategic
Leadership only (owners, founders, investors)
This isn’t team training. I work one-on-one on the decisions you make as leadership: where AI pays off and where it doesn’t. You leave with clear decisions and a strategic roadmap built for you.

I won back 91% of the customers Skroutz was keeping from me
The solution I built by directing Artificial Intelligence
When you sell through platforms, they often keep the customer relationship on their own channel, hiding their contact details from you. With a product I designed and built by directing Artificial Intelligence, I won back direct contact with ~91% of those customers.

An AI agent that saves ~20 hours/week
It doesn’t just write, it questions itself
For a research-focused YouTube channel I built an AI system that proposes, weighs and prepares content, saving about 20 hours of work every week. The hard part wasn’t speed, but reliability: an answer that looks right but isn’t is more dangerous than an obviously wrong one, because it slips through unnoticed. That’s why the agent questions its own work, and the human keeps the final say.

WikiBus: 2 months became 2 weeks
When know-how stopped depending on a few people
I built an internal knowledge base of 300+ guides, with one simple rule: when a problem needed solving for the third time, it then became a permanent, documented guide. Result: a new hire’s onboarding time fell from two months to two weeks, and more than 100 people have been trained through it.

This site is the proof
100% custom, built with Artificial Intelligence in under a week, no developer
I wanted a site that was truly my own, not another one stamped from a ready-made mould, yet I’m not a programmer. Rather than outsource it or settle for a platform, I built it by directing Artificial Intelligence, from concept to implementation, in under a week.
Next step
Moving to AI isn’t a tech project. It’s human.
In a no-strings conversation, you’ll come away with a clear picture: where your organisation stands with AI today and what your next, practical step is.
